MakeUPbyKIANI Technique Time - Fall Wing Liner Tutorial

Hey Guys!  This video was inspired by another of my favorite Fall Trends for 2013, the winged liner.  I have had many of you mention how difficult the winged liner is to create.

Here are my pointers:
Use the proper angled brush with gel or crème liners
If using a eye lining pen or pencil, use small brush strokes to create small dots then go back and fill in the dots.

Practice, practice, practice!

It is that simple.  I hope you found this tutorial beneficial and informative.  Don't forget to subscribe, like and share, and leave request.  XOXO, Kiani
